Identification Cards
An OIC Identification Card is required of all students, and is necessary for access to many facilities and services.
This card must be carried at all times and presented when requested by College officials. It is the responsibility of the
student to replace a lost ID card immediately. Cards can be obtained at the Registrar's office, located in the Linworth
International House.
Academic Records
The Registrar's Office maintains and upholds the integrity of degrees granted and transcripts distributed by the
College. Registrar Office functions include, but are not limited to, maintaining academic records through registration,
grade processing, graduations, archives, student transcripts, master catalog, class schedule, and information management.
Reporting and policy interpretations include full-time equivalent reporting, tuition classification, degree requirements,
transfer evaluations, transfer agreements, and transfer guides, and all reporting concerning student and course
information.

Information regarding registration will be posted here regularly, including the Schedule of Classes for each term.
