Ohio International College Library

The library and technology of the College play a central role in the education and research segment of the student experience and will focus on information and technical literacy, and skill and discerning judgment in the selection and use of materials.

At present the library at Ohio International College contains approximately 7,500 volumes, with core holdings in translation, Japanese sciences and literature, English, social sciences, humanities, science and mathematics. Library services include reference and research assistance, user education, bibliographic instruction, and computer-based information searching. Currently, use of the library is restricted to OIC and JUST students, faculty, staff, and OIC Trustees. Photocopy and computer printing services are also available. The library maintains a collection of audio-visual materials in Japanese and English and various instructional materials to supplement classroom instruction, many of which are available only to faculty members.

The library is open for browsing for limited hours each day and by appointment. Current hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. To make an appointment, please e-mail the Library at library (AT) ohiointernational.org.
